Julie is a wonderful caring lady with a beautiful soul. She has a passion to help everyone to acquire their weight loss and target goals. Trainharder21 30 day Challenge
Some of of marvelous members are starting a 30 day challenge to move more. With a daily exercise challenge combined with following their existing plans.

The plan has been put together by basketball star and Trainharder21 founder, Drew Lasker. We’ll be encouraging members to document their weight, measurements and even take the odd photo or two to show their progress.

After being diagnosed with a life threatening disease I was put on various life saving steroid medications and told this is for the rest of your life. One of the side effects was weight gain and I was told you can’t really loose weight when on steroids. I did try but even if I ate like a rabbit I would gain weight. I was despairing as nothing would work. Forward to bumping into Julie Ridley again after a few years…. (I didn’t recognise her as she was literally half her previous size) and she told me never say never keep trying and I will help you. And that is axactly what she has done via encouragement, stern words when I was having a strop, conversations in text, calls face to face and physical resources. If I hadn’t bumped into Julie 3 1/2 years ago I would still be battling and hiding away. I’ve lost 45lbs with Julies help and guidance. We all need that someone to encourage us to keep going and that’s exactly what she did and still does. Christmas Dinner Slimmers4All Style
Start with your prawn cocktail! Prawns are very low in calories, a tblsp lighter than light mayonnaise with I tiny dash of tomatoe ketchup and a sprinkle of paprika on top of a bed of fresh lettuce total around 80 calories.
Main course and your Turkey is low in calories and high in protein.
All your veg is so low in calories you’d probably get it all in for under 100 calories. Your roast potatoes and parsnips par boil, frylight and ground salt then cook in oven! Who needs goose fat anyway!
A stuffing ball and a couple of pigs in blankets. All for around 600- 700 calories.
You could make your own cheesecake for dessert at around 200 calories or a bowl of fruit and low calorie ice cream for around 100. But if you want that Christmas pudding you still have enough calories left to have a portion guilt free at around 300 calories for a 100g portion.
Always remember it’s you that’s in control and by staying in control of the things you can it gives you space for them extra few festive goodies!

Thought you were on a diet!?
Thought you were on a DIET!!!!
How many times have you heard the words “thought you were on a diet?”
Or are you allowed to eat that?
How does that make you feel? Annoyed? Feel like eating even more? What would you respond? Feel like saying mind your own god damn business?
It used to make me feel really angry but since I’ve changed my mindset it just makes me laugh!
I just say yes of course and 9 times out of 10 I just say oh yes I’m allowed anything I want and then tell them how many calories is in it. Do you know what? The reaction is priceless! They don’t know what to say in response to that. But you know what? It’s actually the truth! You know how many calories you are allowed every day so you want something you just work your calories around it.
A bowl of berries for breakfast is a great start and only about 60 calories. It’s also great for detox you’ll be amazed at how much you wee in the morning if you have this for breakfast. A nice wrap pizza for lunch around 250 calories would leave us so many calories for the rest of the day.
So that bar of chocolate or packet of crisps you fancy you can have guilt free and still have a lovely healthy meal for tea.
That’s the beauty of calorie counting nothing is a sin, nothing is forbidden or off limits or frowned upon. That’s why this is the most sustainable plan ever because you’re not depriving yourself. Deprivation leads to binge eating! ❤️

I’m starting in January!
How many people have you heard say…. I might as well wait until after Christmas to eat healthy now?
I’ve heard loads and to be honest I’m expecting a few more.
Here’s some food for thought for you.
We’re out of lockdown on 2nd December but there’ll still be restrictions so there’ll be no Christmas parties this year or pre Christmas nights out with work or friends etc.
We still may have one or two nights out with our family though so there’s say 2 meals?
Christmas Eve we normally go out for a meal or get a takeaway so that would be three meals.
Christmas dinner… 4 meals with pickies and or cheeseboard and wine on the evening maybe? Ok say 5 meals.
Boxing Day meal or a buffet 6 meals.
New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day 8 meals.
So let’s just say you are not on plan at all for those 8 meals!
There are 32 days left of this strange year that has controlled us! 3 meals per day for 32 days is 96 meals.
Do you see where I’m going here?
Well if you weren’t on plan at all from now until 1st January how much weight do you think you could gain?
Why spoil yourself and your progress for 8 meals out of a possible 96?
So all these people who say It’s not worth doing it until January are self sabotaging.
Would you rather have 8 bad meals or 96 bad meals? Look at it this way and I know what I would choose.
And I could still help you make healthier choices for those 8 meals too if you wanted me to.
